What is EZFolders?
EZFolders is an AI-powered tool that streamlines the creation of complex folder and subfolder structures in virtual data rooms (VDRs) and cloud storage platforms.
Privacy & Security
Does EZFolders have access to my files?
No. EZFolders never reads, stores, or accesses the contents of your files. We only process folder names and structure temporarily to complete your instructions.
What happens to my data after a folder job is completed?
All data is processed in real time and deleted immediately after your task finishes. Nothing is stored on our servers — not even your uploaded CSVs or folder history.
How does EZFolders keep my account secure?
You authenticate securely through Dropbox or Google Drive using OAuth 2.0. EZFolders never sees or stores your login credentials. All communication is encrypted.
Is EZFolders safe for legal, financial, or M&A use cases?
Yes. EZFolders is designed specifically for professionals who require confidentiality. Our zero-retention, non-destructive design ensures full control and discretion.
Billing
Can I cancel my premium plan?
Yes. You may cancel or downgrade at any time. You'll retain premium service through the end of your current billing cycle, after which the plan will not auto-renew.
How many folders can I create with a premium plan?
Folder limits depend on your tier. Refer to the Pricing section on the homepage for details on each plan.
What is the Starter Plan?
The Starter plan is there to help you get started — you will get 100 free folders per month, across all VDRs.
How do I access my invoices?
Sign in and navigate to My Account within the EZFolders web application to view and download your invoices.
Can you automatically convert any Excel into the CSV format EZFolders requests?
Yes — this is a feature we support using our AI Assistant, which is a dedicated GPT.

Which platforms do you support?
We currently support Google Drive and Dropbox. More to come based on your requests.
Can I create sub-folders under an existing parent folder?
Yes — simply upload a new CSV with the same parent folder, and the new sub-folders will be added.
How can I change my email or password?
Social logins don't permit email or password changes. For email/password logins, changes require verification through your account settings.
How many folders can I create at once?
We allow up to 1,000 folders to be created at one time, as long as your tier allows for it.
Do you support mobile?
Yes — you can fully utilize EZFolders on your mobile device. We are a web app that is fully responsive for mobile.
Can I ask EZFolders to suggest folder structures?
Yes — you can ask the EZFolders AI Assistant to suggest folder structures for your use case. It will propose structures that you can then download as CSV.
Can you convert my Excel into the CSV format EZFolders supports?
Yes. Conversion is available via the custom EZFolders GPT Assistant.
